Learn about "FS Commands":


Create your mousedown script to force an FS Command to be send to your flash

In your flash movie...create MC which contains keyframe labeled "doWhatever"

Since your Javascript sends something like:

...it executes the ActionScript's of that keyframe...

...Hence do a Load Movie ("nextMovie", 0) to meet your needs.

Transparent works only on Windows IE as far as I know.
