Sort of. There's currently a thread running on the Online News mailing list

about the potential for XML for news operations. Pretty interesting. But I

haven't even figured out all DHTML yet, let alone XML. (I find myself more

and more reliant on WYSIWYG editors, much to my chagrin.)
