Size Report is a lot easier to analyze. Enable it in the Export Movie
dialog box, open in in Notepad or Simpletext, and you can see how your
movie stacks up frame-by-frame. Also when testing Movie, use "Show
Streaming" to see just how the movie plays first time over a 28.8k baud
connection.

Could be your sound card. Try it on other machines before assuming it's a
problem in the movie.
