FLASH: Clean Images? I cannot get any...

To all Flashers...


I am mystified on why I cannot get any nice looking images in my flash

project.  The graphics that I import are either too large in downloadable

file size (JPEG quality 100) or nice in file size and ugly (JPEG quality

60).  There is no happy medium.


How can I optimize my files prior to or after importing into flash?
