UKNM: Delivery on a promise

Been on the list a couple of weeks and plenty of interest.


The conversation about the delivery of sale is an area i have some

experience of, the big problem is that the whole parcel delivery business is

cut throat. At least with some of the companies they can tell you where they

lost or destroyed your package!


Bottom line as far as i can see is that to get a massive improvement in

service we're all going to have to pay a little more. Maybe the opportunity

exists for an Internet delivery company, slightly higher prices, lots better

service and some of the cost contained by the reduced cost associated with

e-commerce?
