oh gawd, just give it up if it's sticky repeat traffic you want (as opposed
to one-age bells and whistles and games)
anyone who's done proper usability testing on their products using the
likes of http://www.usability.serco.com and
http://www.flow-interactive.com will not even be having this discussion.
