The upcoming updating

Well, Flash3 is around the corner, Macromedia states "update from Flash2 only

$99, get it while it's hot - in a bun!"


Question is: will german users who only have german Flash2 versions (i.e. ME)

be allowed to update to the english Flash3 version? And how would one go about

to get such an update?
