Hi Max,

If you want to display a text file in the browser from Flash then use a
getURL action. Place _blank in the Window: box, if you want to open a
new window or _self to open in the current window.

I'm not sure if this is what you want or not.
If you want dynamic text replacement then you need Generator or Flash
Turbine or one of the other dynamic generating proigrams.
