All the below are fine, it's all in the same directory etc.

All I can do is upload to the server, as I said though I have run it on an
NT server running IIS 4 and it works fine?

Is the path of the text file that your calling correct?
Where is your textfile, in the same directory as the movie or not?
Did you make new aliasses,
or don't you have permission for this, is this automattically done when you
create a new directory??

These questions might help solving the problem.
