Yes I can tell you why, Netscape is a lame unintelligent browswer.  Thier

developers are so lazy they need to sue microsoft instead of writing a

browser that is actually intuitive.  To that end, generally when you have

this problem in netscape its because you are missing a closing tag or

something like that.
