The only way that i know is to make an swf and after that use a prog that converts it to a screensaver.

e.g. Showtime but u find more of those progs when you submit something like "flash screensaver maker" in a search engine

we discuss whether it's possible to

create an Flashfile(swf) where the User could choose some elements

to create his own screensaver is this possible?
