hey Chad,


I think what you're looking for could definitly be done easily in Flash,

cause it doesn't seem that you want more than text to be dynamic, which

I think is really easy in Flash 4.


These two sites should help you with understanding pulling variables

from a text file, this first one tells you how:

and this second one will show you how to make a scrollable area, if you

have more than a short paragraph you'd like to change:

If you want to pull variables out of a database, however, I'm 95%

certain that you must use a "middleman" language, like Cold Fusion, to

do the querys of the variable in the database, and this would convert

the variables into a flash-understandable format. If I explained it okay....?
