Just a side note on the CD. I received a 2nd Edition book and none of the
3rd party software would install off of the cd, in fact it wasn't even on
the cd. I sent an e-mail to the address supplied on the cd in the Support
section and received my cd via Next Day Air 2 days after my initial
correspondance. Needless to say, I was further impressed with an already
impressive product =0).

We actually were made aware of the CD problems... turns out its a little too
easy to snag the CD out of the book, the 2nd and 3rd editions of the book
fixed that. Also, thanks for all of the words of praise about the book, I
know I spent many hours on the phone with Scott working on the book, God
knows how much time he spent with the other authors!!
