Maybe some of the macromedian's have, but as far as I know it isn't possible
yet.
the GSM network is so f#*king slow that animation wouldn't be a good idea.

but you could make an animation by creating some decks that load a next deck
everytime they are loaded.
the decks al contain a Wireless BitMaP (WBMP) which finally creates a
animation :)

I've heard Macromedia is developing shockwave-technologie-based software for
WAP enabled devices (don't know if it's true).
there's already software available for palmtops, but these devices have
other screens than mobile phones.

I personally wouldn't wait for viewing a slow playing animation when getting
information from the web with my phone :)
