Wow. I had no idea when I posed the question it would create a day long
discussion. That's great. I guess everyone likes to talk about money. Now I
have a better idea of what to ask for and insist on for that matter. I will
except no less than $456,000 a year. Plus 1,000,000 Stock Options and
benefits. hehe. No really, This has given me some good ideas. About what I
was thinking before but I definitely know now that I am way underpaid.

Sounds to me like you should hit Monster, Jobs.com, JobsOnline.com,
ComputerJobs.com (they have a New Media section) and probably even
HeadHunter.Net.

Bear in mind that the feedy frenzy only begins when a person can showcase
their work, too. As a person who's been hiring a slew of people in the past
5
or 6 months, I've noticed that some folks say they're experts at
Flash...then
don't even know what a Movie Clip is--and that's a serious example.
