FLASH: Movie background?

Ok...next questions...:)


I've got an idea that using flash... and  I have several buttons that link

to other pages and also I have a big vector graphic in the background of

all this buttons (all the buttons sitting on the top of this graphic). This

is my question..how to make this vector graphic move or spin when the mouse

over the button?


and also How to make "loading movie" while downloading the movie?....is a

simple questions that I cannot figure out...~smile~.
