Very possible in Flash3. Use Tell Target. The target designation is
"_leveln" (no quotes) where "n" is the number of the level where the other
movie is. When you assign a Tell Target action, you'll get a Begin Tell
Target (which is wehre you need to specify the target) and then you can
place the command below that line, for example "Go To (frame: label:
explode) and play" and the other movie should go to the designated frame
and begin playback.
