Though not necessary the buttons on the right probably control Movie
Clips and if so the submenus of those buttons are likely in the Movie
Clip. The buttons on the left probably are done in the standard
Hierarchical manner.
In Flash 3 see Help > Samples > Menus-Hierarchical
I don't see anything on the page that requires the use of Movie Clips
but using Movie Clips instead of regular Animated Graphics can make
creating the page easier and the timeline would not be so long.
