Sorry...to be a bit more specific...


Formatting, as in centering, indenting, embolden etc. not the whole block of

text, but just the same as the type tool allows with a regular text 'box'.


I was only able to paste in a hunk of text into the variable field. None of

the formatting (see above) was retained.


Again, this only seems to be an issue trying to create a 'scrollable' text

field.


I may be asking for something Flash cannot do yet, but that is what I'm

trying to figure out.
