FLASH: Contract

I'm gonna be doing a Flash website outside of my job for freelance. Does anyone know where I could get a sample contract of basic terms for designing and programming and maintaining a site?

I thought I saw someone post something similar a while back.........

Any help or leads would be appreciated........
