The CLASSID identifies which ActiveX control is being used in the OBJECT tag. The MENU="false" tells Flash to only display "About Flash Player 4" or "About Shockwave Flash 3.0" when the SWF right click /control click menu is accessed. See page 253 of your Flash 4 manual, or check the Help system for more information.
