If i am right, we are not able to register any generic names for firms
or products.
But Microsoft did register "Windows"...then a french magazine was
calling it-self "Windows News" and a judge said than "Windows News" is a
legal name because he claims than the word "Windows" was becoming part
of the commun language for computers.

Well, i would say than the color picker, the layers interface, the pen,
the eraser etc... are as well part of the commun language for graphics
programms.

Just look at programms like Bryce, easy to anderstand? Not really. And
for professional, it would be stupid to spend most of the time to learn
how the programm is working instead of starting to create as soon as
possible.

Imagine if all the cars where having a differant position of the break,
doors, windows etc...

My 2cts.

Marc
