FLASH: making a mac screensaver on a pc

are there any programs around that allow you to create a mac screensaver from a Flash 4 file on a pc? i don't have a mac, or easy access to one, and the only programs i could find (screentime and livingscreen) to make mac screensavers require a macintosh to run. also, are those two really the only programs available? any opinions as to which is better?
