I can't be the only one here who hates this kind of crap. The tabbed palette
is not worthy of a patent, regardless of whether the PTO granted it or not.

Who hasn't seen 2 or more manilla folders stacked on their desk, a notebook
with tabbed dividers, or any of numerous other similar tabbed indexing
methods? This method of organization is WAY OLD!

GUI designers have been using metaphors from the ol' days of paper all along.
(If Apple has a patent on the "Folder" concept I'll throw up.)

We pay enough for software and continual updates of the same software without
having to fund teams of lawyers for this kind of suit?

My 2c,
R Beards

ps, You know what I think of the "one-click" shopping patent. Thanks all, for
letting me rant.
