FLASH: How to convert to QT movie

Hi to all


I would like to convert my flash animations to QT movie format. One way to

do is to just export the movie to QT. But the problem is that if you are

using the movie clips in the movie Qt export are not able to read the clips

as the frames.


Is there anyway that you can make QT movie out of swf filea? or is there any

other programs such as After Effects or Premier which can record the screen

while you play swf file on your desktop??
