How typical of Adobe. They make a stinky product (though I won't bash PShop,
that program is bombproof) that gets trounced, everyone in the industry knows
they can't do the web to save their souls, so they call in the lawyers. Is
anyone fooled by this? They patented the concept of tabbed palettes? For real?
C'mon...
I hope ®tm comes up with a new fund to manage.
