I do remember reading long ago that Flash will take each command in the
frame and do the last one if commands are contradictory. Now, I know that
is not how other languages might react, but it is how Action Script acts (in
Flash 4 anyway, no idea if they changed it in 5)
I don't consider it a bug, it is a different language. It works that way
because it was written to work that way.
