Hi Sarah,

It's not really a question of file size; it's a question of CPU power and
redraw speed. If you can control the playback machine (e.g. for a business
presentation), just use a really high-end computer with a strong CPU and
lots of RAM. But if you can't control the playback machine (e.g. for the
web), you're really just going to have to pick a minimum-level to shoot for
and author your piece to fit that level.

No way around it though; grandma on her old 486 will have trouble seeing
your work, unless you author it for her machine.
