Flash 4 can't do this directly, but you can use javascript,
ASP, CGI, PHP, JSP, etc to pass the time to Flash.
You'll certainly need to put it in a variable in some way
or another just to get it in there. Usually, I multiply the
hours by 60, and add them to the minutes, to get the time
into one single number, so it can be passed to Flash easily.
