It seems to be an OS issue rather than a processor issue. My Win98 on a PII

400 maxes out at about 18fps it seems.

My WinNT PII 400 machine will run at whatever it can take, I have run it

over 100fps.

Hello,


I have heard that the frame rate on some PCs maxes out at 16 fps.  I am

making a presentation that will be seen only on one computer.  It's an HP

with a celeron processor.  Does anyone know if that kind of processor can

handle a frame rate of 25 fps or higher?  Is this even enough information to

go on? (it's all that the client can tell me)
