FLASH: Dragging MCs

I'm having a problem using a draggable MC. I have a bar-type graphic that I

have following the cursor across the window, but not up and down.  Along the

bar I have buttons that I need to have a roll-over action and a series of B

buttons drop down when the A buttons are clicked.  Each of the B buttons

also have roll-over actions.  No matter what I try, I can't get any of the

buttons to roll-over, unless:


a. the drag action is stopped


or


b.  the buttons are placed on the same horizontal plane as the draggable MC.



It's like the MC is cancelling out every other action.
