i downloaded a premade .fla the other day from flashkit
http://www.flashkit.com/movies/Widgets/Classic_-Degrees-250/Classic_-Degrees
-250.zip

its a scrolling nav file, the framerate is set at 120fps, it surprised me at
first, i tried to cut it down, and it played horribly, i had never seen a
file up so high before, no problems with it though, it worked

made me rethink what i do with fps sometimes
