Not a bug.
Double clicking on an asset in Flash opens all of its associated panels *or*
goes into editing mode for it.

On my PII 450 WintNT Service pack 5 384 megs RAM
When ever I double click on a frame to open the ACTIONS window, the SOUND
and FRAME panels popup and whatever panels they may be docked with.
Anyone else experiencing this?
