cross font does it like a dream http://www.asy.com/
(although i've only used it once) best of all theres, a trial version
which does the job
I've tried it in the past with fontographer and had no luck.
Does anyone know an easy way to convert windows system fonts (*.fon)
into true type

Somebody here at work did it successfully using "Fontographer".
