This general task is difficult, because the Macromedia Flash Player is
optimized for size and does not contain the range of dynamic import filters
that you'd find in the larger Shockwave Player. If you package things up as
a SWF then that media is "pre-digested" for the Flash Player to use, but
accessing arbitrary filetypes at runtime is difficult.
