Well, I'm using the Javascript-less detector from the Macromedia support
site, which is supposedly more browser-compatible than ones that use
Javascript. It's worked consistently so far and redirects anyone who doesn't
have the Flash 4 player, both in Netscape and IE, on Mac and Windows. I'm
pretty sure it's working. Have you had better luck with other types of
detectors, like the Moock FPI, for example?

what flash plug-in version are you checking for? if they don't have the
version they need, are you redirecting?
