Not sure i really anderstand what you want to do.

You wants a general countdown displaying the same result to every body?

Like "Still 100 days until new year".


If this is it, Flash 4 alone cannot do it. You will need to write a little

JavaScript on the page which is going to included your flash file. This script

is going to get the date and with a soustraction to count the remainding numbers

of day and send this number to Flash.


I probably have an exemple of this script if you need.
