It depends on your email program. I use Eudora and I have the choice 

of Binhex or UUencode to send my emails..    I generally use Binhex. 

But I always try to either Zip(pc) or Stuff(mac) the file first 

before sending it..


If all else fails..  FTP is the answer...or a CDROM and good old 

classic snail mail.
