That looks correct.....make sure you have the correct spelling of the
instances.....check to see if the instances exist....if your'e trying to go
to a frame in movie 1 where movie 2 resides..you might want to try a
different method.

On rollover
Begin Tell target (/movie1)
go to and play 5
End on
Begin Tell Target (/movie1/movie2)
go to and play (start)
End on

or

If movie one is broken into labeled sections
in the section where movie 2 lives, in the labeld frame give it the action

BeginTelltarget("/movie1/movie2")
Go to and play start



from your button

On (rollover)
Begin Tell Target ("/movie1")
go to and play (label)
End on

I am having some trouble creating multiple rollover effects using tell
target. Essentially what I have going on is a rollover button, which when
activated should tell a nested movie (movie1) to find a certain frame (which
is in turn a nested movie), and then access the "start" label of that
particular movie (movie2). SO, in summary the structure of the tell target
should look like this if I am not mistaken:

On (Rollover)
Begin Tell Target ("/instance_movie1/instance_movie2")
Go to and play ("start")
End Tell Target
End On

That is the snippet of code that has been placed on the button, but I cannot
figure out why the darn thing will not work properly. Someone please help
me, if you can. If need be, I can send you to a link to check out the
actual page if that would help you understand. Thanks a lot.
