You cannot goto any point in a Flash movie until it is loaded. Flash
movies load frame by frame scene by scene.

If you want to link to a frame in your movie you can do so with
FSCommand and JavaScript. There is no linking by Scenes so you would
have to use a Label or calculate the exact frame number as if your movie
was one single scene.
