I believe this book has been mentioned before (if so sorry, I don't have

time to read all the posts). If not you can pre-order a copy from the link

below. I was involved in the project and know working files for the

tutorials explained in the book are included on a CD in the back. It has

been printed, but I don't know when it will start shipping.
