Hi Brian,

Each frame of a streaming sound event has certain overhead needed to
control the streaming of the sound.
This usually creates a larger file size even for a single instance.
The costs can be rather large (sometimes double).
The choice is sometimes based on streaming immediately and a larger
overall file size or a delay before starting the sound and a smaller
file size.
