FLASH: CD-ROM/exe question

On a CD-ROM I have a main exe that will open another exe that has a

constrained size because of bitmaps, is there any way that at the end of the

constrained exe that I can have a button quit the exe and move the main exe

to a certain frame or label. I don't do a whole lot of CD-ROMs so all you

developers could you help me out. I know how to make the exe quit, my

question is about talking to the main exe.
