this is true, what I did in a situation like it.

start netscape with blank page

clean cache

restart netscape

go to your www.place.somewhat



if this doesn't work I suggest you start numbering your flash files.

(Actually you don't wanna do this because you don't want to change the

html-file aswell)

You could make an extra layer with just something in it (in the flash file)

and change that everytime you change something else and have a new version,

this way you do know when your swf is updated in netscape ore not.
