Well how about this then. What if I emailed everybody who has contributed to this list, and did a survey of rates, and published the results (in great detail) on this list? Sounds like the outcome would be even more specifically informative than this informal discussion that's been going on, yet I'd find it hard to consider my survey, and publishing the results, illegal.


Just more food for thought ...
