Who is of the school of thought that man-hours are essentially irrelevant,
that either the client is or isn't happy with the end result; that they are
buying a 'product' which to them is worth a certain amount of money? I know
it is vague, but my god I hate doing timesheets!
e.g. a banner advert is around 100 quid, if well animated and effective, it
don't matter whether it took five minutes or five hours . . .
. . . . so it goes with Flash for a smallish site.
