Subject: FLASH: corrupt .fla file - any way to open it again?
From: Kristof Vandommele

Hi,
a couple of months ago we did a project with Generator1/Flash3.
Now we have to update some things and we can't open the fla-files anymore
(we tried it with flash 3 and 4).

Everytime a file is opened, we get an errormessage that we should use the
Get Info-command in the Finder to allocate more memory to flash. Which is a
bit ridiculous since our environment is Win9X/NT/Linux, no Macs were used in
any stage of this project (there isn't even a mac in this building...).

Does anybody know how to open these fla's? Normally I'd make the files again
from scratch, but it took us approx. 70 hours to do the generator-part of
this project and our client isn't planning on paying us twice for the same
job....
