One simple way is to copy all the keyframes of your first .fla into a new
movie clip symbol in the same .fla. Then, with the library list visible,
open the second .fla and drag the new movie clip into it. You can then
scale the movie clip as needed.

you could also copy the original keyframes directly into new layers in the
timeline of the second .fla, and use Edit Multiple Frames to align the new
objects. You need to unlock only the layers you wish to realign, and use
onion skin controls to select just the frames you want to edit.
