Sometimes frame1 actions are skipped. You might consider it a bug. As you
indicate, even Frame2 is not always reliable. Try using If Frame Is Loaded
to assure the frame with the action is loaded before the movie starts
playing. That is, make it loop from frame 2 back to frame 1 until frame 1's
If Frame Is Loaded determines that Frame 3 is loaded. Put the FS Command in
frame 3.
