Flash's interapp interactivity is mainly designed for browsers. This
documentation was posted online, at:
iptingwithflash.html>
(You may need to reconstruct this long URL in your browser.)

Some tools, such as Macromedia Director, have an extensive API to
communicate with a Flash sprite. This info is in the Director
documentation.

People using Click2Learn's ToolBook (formerly Asymetrix ToolBook) have used
the exposed ActiveX API to control the Flash Player. Because of the various
models for ActiveX Controls, not all applications "see" the same methods,
events and properties. If you are writing your own C++ app then you may or
may not be able to access these exposed methods yourself.

The above is where the documentation is, though, if that info is of help.
